In order to acomplish it’s bussiness activities NYSK HOLDINGS undertakes to cultivate a responsible approach to the demands of management, consumers, employees, suppliers and the social community.

For that purpose NYSK HOLDING has implemented effective integrated system for Quality management and Evniormental management orented to:

• Fulfilling ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 internacional standards requirements;
• Securing recources for maintaining, continious improvement and promoting the
integrated system for management;
• Responsible and on time performing the work tasks and projects;
• Setting and acomplishing high goals, all with purpose to secure continious improvement and fulfilling the management and all clients requests;
• Continious and effective performance on educations and reeducation of employees, with collecting good, educated and motivated team;
• Developing the institution, using the knowledge and experience of employees, recognizing their contribution, as well as providing an environment in which they are motivated to realize all their opportunities and powers to work within the defined responsibilities;
• Ensuring a healthy working environment and training of employees in order to encourage awareness of the quality of work;
• Protection of the environment through a monitoring system, with which we will act
preventively towards the fulfillment of the planned aspects, goals and tasks;
• Permanent control of the implemented integrated system for quality management and environmental protection through a process of internal and external checks;
• Creation of correct relations with the management and buyers, with a tendency for their promotion and supply with quality and safe products and services;
• Cooperation with external organizations and institutions for a positive contribution to the development and advancement of the social community, as well as preservation and protection of the environment;
• Provision of adequate working conditions, health care and safety at work;
• Compliance with legal regulations and legislation;
• Identification and elimination of all potential risks that can negatively affect products, services, employees, the company, the community, climate change and the environment.
